Refund & Return Policy — MB Driftless Design LLC

Thank you for shopping with MB Driftless Design LLC. We take pride in crafting quality custom hardware, 3D printed parts, and digital designs. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and digital file downloads.

1. Physical Products (3D Printed Goods, Hardware & Mounts)

• 10-Day Return Window: Unused, standard physical products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the item purchase price.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition received, and include all original mounting hardware or components.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Restocking/Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

2. Custom Products & Made-to-Order Fabrication

• Custom Orders: Custom sign fabrications, personalized items, or special custom-ordered physical parts are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Defects / Errors: If a custom item arrives damaged or with a defect attributable to fabrication, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

3. Digital Products (STL Files & Design Downloads)

• Final Sale: Due to the intangible nature of digital files, all sales of STL files, 3D models, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
• Corrupted or Incomplete Files: If you encounter technical issues downloading a file or receive a corrupted file, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly resend or fix the download link.

4. Shipping Damage or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit:

1. Retain all original packaging materials and damaged items.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mbdd@mbdriftlessdesign.com with your order number and photos showing the outer box and damaged product.
3. We will work with you to issue a replacement or file a carrier claim.

Installation & Maintenance Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for correctly mounting, securing, and inspecting the attachment prior to every ride. MB Driftless Design LLC is not responsible for damage or injuries resulting from loose hardware, improper installation, or failure to perform pre-ride checks.

Weight Limit Compliance: Do not exceed the maximum recommended payload of 10lbs. Overloading this product may cause structural failure, altering the handling characteristics of your ebike and increasing the risk of a crash.

Valuable Equipment Disclaimer: MB Driftless Design LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, falling cargo, or damage to bows, optics, firearms, outdoor gear, or electronic devices transported using this product. The user assumes all risk for securing valuable cargo.

Vehicle Alteration & Handling: Mounting accessories changes the weight distribution, steering dynamics, and stopping distance of an ebike. The user assumes all operational risks associated with riding a modified vehicle, especially at high speeds or on unpaved terrain.

Legal Compliance: The buyer is strictly responsible for understanding and obeying all local, state, and federal laws regarding the transportation of archery equipment, weapons, or oversized gear on public roads, non-motorized trails, and public lands.
